Masala Couscous with Tikka Masala

is a North African dish of small steamed granules of rolled durum wheat semolina that is traditionally served with a stew spooned on top. Pearl millet, sorghum, Bulgur and other cereals can be cooked in a similar way in other regions and the resulting dishes are also sometimes called couscous.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup Chopped Bell pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Chopped Carrots
1 Tablespoon @ bebesallnatural Tikka Masala
1 Tablespoon finely Chopped Sun dried Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Recipe
1Add Couscous , two cup of water ,with oil salt , pepper and Sun dried Tomatoes in Instant pot at High pressure for 5 minutes and release the pressure by it self in Ten minutes .
In a pan with little oil saute all veggies with @bebesallnaturalTikka Masala .
Mix saute vegetables and Couscous and serve hot ...
