Navrattan Korma -Vegetarian

Bebe's All Natural  
Stir Contents in the Jar before Use. Separation is normal.
Navrattan Korma - Vegetarian
  • 1 tsp Cooking oil.
  • 4 tbsp Bebe's All Natural Shahi Masala - Vegan.
  • 11/4 Cup Cauliflower.
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum.
  • 2 Small Chopped Potatoes.
  • 6oz Frozen Mix Vegetables.
  • ½ Cup Chopped String beans.
  • 10 Small cubes of Paneer (Cottage Cheese) or Tofu.
  • Cilantro Leaves (Optional)
  • ¼ Cup Whole Milk or half & half (optional)
  • 1oz Cashews.
  • 1oz Raisins.

Preparing Instructions-
1. Heat Cooking oil over medium heat and saute Paneer / Tofu.
2..Steam all Vegetables until  medium soft/half done strain water.
3. Add Bebe's All Natural Shahi Masala- Vegan  to the vegetables in a Pan and      add, Whole milk/ half & half (optional) and allow to Simmer for 10- 15 minutes      on low flame, and add light pinch of salt and pepper to adjust to your taste. 
4. Garnish Lightly with cilantro leaves ( optional)
5. Serve with Basmati rice, Roti or Naan.
