Saag/Palak/Spinach Chicken

Stir Contents in the Jar before Use. Separation is normal.
Saag/Palak/Spinach Chicken 
Ingredients-

  • 1 tsp. cooking oil ½ tsp salt
  • 1.5 lbs. Chicken thigh fillets ( cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1/2 Green Pepper.
  • 8 oz.. Bebe's All Natural  Original Masala.
  • 1 lb. Spinach fresh/ frozen.
  • Cilantro leaves (optional)


Preparing Instructions-

    1. Heat cooking oil over high heat in a pan.
    2. Add Chicken, cook for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
    3. Add Green Pepper.
    4. Add Bebe's All Natural Original Masala Masala  and allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
    5. Simultaneously cook Spinach in a pan while you prepare chicken.
    6. Mix cooked Spinach & Chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes, add light pinch of salt and pepper to adjust to your taste.Garnish lightly with Cilantro leaves (optional)
    7. Serve with Basmati Rice, Roti, Naan or Flat Bread.
